She didn't find this path.
It found her.
In 2016, Aivy's son Wolfie was diagnosed with nonverbal autism. In the same year, everything changed — her career path, her priorities, and her understanding of what it means to be a parent who is also the only safety net her child has.
She was already working in financial services — managing calendars, client meetings, compliance, trade approvals, and financial operations for an advisory practice. She understood money. She understood planning. But nothing in that world had prepared her for the reality of raising a child with complex developmental needs, navigating regional center systems, fighting for IEP services, and doing it largely alone.
So she built her own framework. One piece at a time.
"I call it the 'Eaten by a Dinosaur' plan. Because that's the question every special needs parent is afraid to ask out loud — what happens to my child if I'm suddenly gone?"
What happens to Wolfie
if the dinosaur eats me?
Wolfie is nonverbal. He can't call for help. He can't navigate a system. He depends entirely on Aivy — not just for love, but for survival, advocacy, therapy coordination, and care. That reality isn't unique to her family. It's the quiet fear that lives in the back of every special needs parent's mind.
Most parents push the thought away. Aivy built a plan around it.
Life insurance with living benefit riders became the foundation. Not just a death benefit — but a policy that activates if she becomes critically or chronically ill. A plan that works while she's still alive, because Wolfie can't wait for probate.
What it is — and why every parent needs one
A life insurance policy with living benefit riders that protects your child if you become seriously ill, disabled, or pass away. It's not morbid planning — it's the most loving thing a caregiver can do. Aivy built hers, and now she helps every parent build theirs.

Most financial advisors understand insurance. Most advocates understand the regional center system. Almost none understand both — and almost none have lived it as a parent. Aivy does.
Not just special needs.
Every parent who gets it.
Alpha's Legacy was born from the autism community — but it's open to every parent who understands that protecting your child is not optional. If you have a child who depends on you, if you've ever lain awake wondering what happens to them if something happens to you — this is for you.
Special needs families are the core. Autism parents are the heart. But any parent who has looked at their child and felt the weight of that responsibility is welcome here. The plan is the same. The urgency is the same. The love is the same.
This isn't a luxury product. It's a necessity that's been marketed as one for too long. Aivy's job is to close that gap — to make the "Eaten by a Dinosaur" plan accessible, affordable, and real for every family that needs it.
